Rhinomanometer

KoKo Rhino Rhinomanometry is the technique of recording transnasal pressure and flow simultaneously over a given time interval. It allows for the study of relationships between pressure and airflow to provide the most complete, objective assessment of the passage of air through the nose. The KoKo Rhino PC-based rhinomanometer simplifies this test so that it can be reliably performed in any office-based practice. The KoKo Rhino software provides a simple means to perform serial measurements before and after decongestion, pharmacological treatment, allergen provocation or surgical intervention.

Features

Allergenprovocation tests are performed using increasing dosages of known allergensor small extracts of unknown allergens.
Atypical anterior rhinomanometry test consists of a baseline measurementof each nostril followed by a post-decongestant test.
